Pokemon TCG

Pokémon TCG Companion

Pokémon TCG Companion allows you to browse and search through a database of cards complete with type, name, HP, moves, weakness, resistance, retreat cost, etc.

You can also keep track of the cards you own by inputting how many of each card you own. So if you're ever out and about and wonder if you've got a particular card, you can just whip out your webOS phone, and use Pokémon TCG Companion to find out.

Mobile MAL

Mobile MAL

A mobile optimised client for MyAnimeList.net, a social network for fans of anime and manga to share what their watching and reading, reviews, and get recommendations on what to watch.

Developed using PHP, connecting to a REST API, it pulls a user's watch and read list, and make modifications to their list, and browse anime and manga using search. The UI is powered by iWebKit, an open source HTML/JS kit for developing native looking iPhone web apps.

This is an ongoing project, and I have plans to remove iWebKit, and develop a unique design for all capable devices. It is best viewed on a WebKit mobile browser, such as Safari on iOS, or the default web browser on Android or WebOS.

Pizza On The Run

Pizza On The Run

This college assignment was developed with JSP. We had to create a very simple mobile site for ordering pizza's on the go. I decided to spend more time on it, and go above and beyond the requirements. I took it as a personal challenge to create a site with the ability to register an account, login, order pizzas and drinks through a cart (although without actual payment) and to keep an order history for each user. I succeed with this, which was a big achievement as it was a brand new language to me.

This is best viewed on a WebKit mobile browser, such as Safari on iOS, or the default web browser on Android or WebOS.

Android ToDo List

Android ToDo List

My first venture into Android development heightened my interest in developing for the Android platform. We made a simple ToDo List app, utilising various aspects of the Android API.

You can install the app by scanning the QR Code to the left, or following this link on your Android device. (Note: There is an issue with high resolution screens due to the instructions given in class.)
